It develops both the art of active listening, especially when the patient is describing his/her experience or symptoms, and, in completing professional notes when providing patient care.

The Listening Part B , help individuals to understand expectations and interactions that would take place between healthcare professionals. The focus is on different workplace situations such as handover notes, safety briefings, staff briefings and training or adverse incident reporting.

In Listening Part C - prepares individuals through understanding the speaker’s attitude or opinion related to a research or project. This can be either through an interview or presentation. You will be able to follow a lengthy presentation whilst keeping place in the reading. It will aid in comprehension of listening to longer discussion or presentation using the speakers’ cures.
